COMPARE THE COMPLETE OFFER

More than one headline number.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY & OWNERSHIP

Confirm the arrangements in writing.

Delivery and manufacturer terms differ between AL1 and N1. Your quotation should confirm the exact configuration, inclusions, delivered offer and support pathway.

AL1 delivery

KES has confirmed door-to-door Australian delivery, including customs clearance and taxes. Your quotation records the destination, freight method, access requirements and estimated schedule.

OUCCA N1 delivery

The N1 offer includes door-to-door Australian sea freight, customs clearance and applicable import taxes. Estimated sea transit is 28–30 days; carrier and customs conditions may affect timing.

This is a transit estimate, rather than a guaranteed total order-to-delivery period.

WHY OUCCA

Clarity before commitment.

OUCCA provides the professional distribution and commercial coordination layer: helping you review equipment format, confirmed specifications, documentation, the written quotation and manufacturer support before committing.

Q-SWITCHED ND:YAG

Shared technology.
Distinct configurations.

Both systems use Q-Switched Nd:YAG technology, including 1064 and 532 nm wavelengths and nanosecond pulses. Spot configuration and beam-profile documentation form part of the individual specification.

AL1 also lists a standard 1320 nm tip. Review the exact operating configuration on each product page; shared technology does not establish identical operation or treatment outcomes.

PROFESSIONAL BUYER QUESTIONS

Before you choose a system.

How do AL1 and OUCCA N1 differ?

AL1 is a compact desktop system with a lower upfront investment proposition. OUCCA N1 is a full-size, floor-standing platform with an extended component warranty and lifetime technical support. Compare the confirmed configuration and complete ownership offer, rather than assuming either system is universally better.

Which system is more compact?

AL1 is the compact desktop option: 25 kg and 38 × 32 × 48 cm. OUCCA N1 is a floor-standing system: 115 kg and 98 × 54 × 103.5 cm. Equipment dimensions are not installation or operating clearances.

Do both systems use Q-Switched Nd:YAG technology?

Yes. Both list 1064 and 532 nm wavelengths and nanosecond pulses. AL1 includes a standard 1320 nm tip. Their spot or focal diameter and beam documentation should be reviewed on the individual system pages.

Can I request a written quotation?

Yes. Get Pricing starts an enquiry covering your location, system interest and purchasing plans. The written quotation confirms the supplied configuration and commercial arrangements. A phone call is optional.

How is delivery to Australia arranged?

Delivery is system-specific. N1’s offer includes Australian door-to-door sea freight, customs clearance and applicable import taxes. AL1 freight costs, customs responsibilities and timing are confirmed in its individual quotation.

What warranty and support are available?

KES describes a two-year main-machine manufacturing-defect warranty for AL1, excluding consumables, with remote technical assistance. N1 has a three-year warranty on main components, a one-year handpiece warranty and lifetime technical support. Written terms define exact coverage, exclusions and the service process. Lifetime support does not mean lifetime replacement parts.

Can I compare both systems before requesting pricing?

Yes. Compare Systems sets out format, confirmed specifications and ownership priorities side by side. Explore each product for its detailed configuration, then request the offer relevant to your business.
